Transcript Request

Students (Grades 9-11) may submit a Transcript Request Form by downloading the form or by requesting a form in the main office. Students will need to complete the form and return it to the Registrar's Office.
Transcript requests must be made in writing. NO PHONE or FAX requests can be accepted.
Seniors may request transcripts through Naviance once they have submitted the Transcript Release Form and $15 to the registrar.
Current students can request a transcript in writing by contacting the Registrar's Office or by downloading and mailing a Transcript Request Form to:
