The Varsity team ran an excellent race throughout the Mt. SAC 3 Mile course! Four of our Regents finished in the top 10, and all of our team scored in the top 20 out of 97 runners.
The scoring places were led by Junior Cate Burns who finished 2nd, Senior Lily Sepulveda ran 3rd, Junior Brooklyn Baylor ran in 5th, and Sophomore Cate Campbell finished 9th, Senior Mikayla Gutierrez was 14th, Sophomore Madi Lopez finished 16th, and Freshman Tiegan Carroll finished 20th overall. These young ladies ran an average time of 20:53, with an individual average mile of 6:58.
The Varsity team will now head to compete in the CIF-SS Prelims race at Mt. SAC on Nov. 11th. Our Regents are currently ranked 2nd in the CIF-SS D5 polls. GO REGENTS!
