BASH - Building A Scholastic Heritage
The BASH (Building a Scholastic Heritage) Dinner and Auction Event is the largest annual fundraiser of the year and takes place each spring.
FAMILIES participate in one of the following ways:
- A monetary donation of $250.
- Procure a sponsorship of $500 or more.
- Spend $250 or more on goods from our “BASH Amazon Wish List” or Track it Forward “BASH Donation Must Haves.”*
*Please submit ALL receipts in Receipts & Coupon Mailbox at the Front Office
Parents receive one (1) bonus hour for donations received by Thursday, January 29, 2026
Donation deadline is February 19, 2026
If not paid by the Donation Deadline, $250 plus a late fee of $50 will be applied to your school financial portal.
AND
STUDENT participation is required:
- Sell at least one (1) book of ten (10) $20 (each) opportunity drawing tickets valued at a total of $200. Tickets will be distributed and signed for by your daughter on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 during Homeroom. Lost, unsold, or unreturned tickets will be added to your school financial portal.
- For every five (5) additional tickets sold, families will be entered into a special drawing. Stay tuned for updates and details on the Parent Resources webpage.
OPPORTUNITY DRAWING TICKET DEADLINE TO RETURN IS THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 2026
