After a strong performance at Baseline League Championships; the Track & Field team then competed in the CIF Southern Section Division 4 Championship Prelims this weekend at Carpinteria....

Regent swimmers competed at Mt. SAC this week in the CIF Southern Section Division 2 Championships.....

The SLPHS Dance Team traveled to the LA County Fair to compete for the National Championships!

The very first annual Spring Dance Show occured on May 3rd

The St. Lucy's rocked the competition at Arroyo Valley High School!

What an amazing Finals! All of our Regents competed so hard this week. A great team effort with 25 swims in Finals that were either a season best or a personal best time.

Congratulations to our League Champions in the Medley Relay(6th fastest in school history); Abby Battaglione (8th fastest Bk split on all time list), Jessica Seidner, Mia Gamble (fastest ever Lucy’s fly split), and Arianna Terrazas.
We also had Individual event Champions in Mia Gamble in both her 50 Free (4 all time) and also in the 100 Fly (2 all time); and Arianna Terrazas in the 500 Free.

Damien hosted the 1st ever Tri-School Night Rally.

Our Regent Spring Dance Show will be on May 3rd at the SLPHS Gym at 7:30pm. Please join us for a night filled with lots of dance!

Spring is wrapping up soon. Time to start training for next school year. Summer programs are a great way to prepare for the upcoming seasons. A time to come together, work on conditioning and skills and have some fun.
