- Impact protection for the corners, sides and back (plastic or rubber is best). Fabric cases do not last or protect well so they are not allowed!
- Protection for the glass screen when not in use. This can be a closed cover on case, a screen protector built or a screen protector.
- The ability to prop the iPad up at an angle for better typing ergonomics.
STYLUS
A stylus is helpful in a variety of classes for drawing diagrams and handwriting notes. There are many options, but personal preference is key when it comes to this tool.

We recommend that students have manageably sized headphones or earbuds for listening to audio files that teachers use during lessons in class.

PORTABLE BATTERY
iPads have good battery life and should last the entire day for students. If, however a student finds they are using their iPad beyond the battery time, you can purchase a portable battery to charge at school.
