| Current grades 9-11 must see the Registrar in order to obtain a transcript. |
| Graduates |
| Procedure and fees: |
-Transcript requests must be made in writing, NO PHONE or FAX requests can be accepted.
-Only the graduate may request a transcript.
-There is a fee of $5.00 per transcript that must be paid at the time of request.
-Additional fees apply to transcripts being sent out of the country. |
| Graduates can either request a transcript in writing by seeing the Registrar's Office or they can download and mail, not FAX a transcript request form to: |
