Annual Giving Campaign

My Regent Sisters,

Revival: The restoration of life and strength; the awakening of a community. This, indeed, is the spirit of today’s St. Lucy’s community, as we set our sights on a brighter tomorrow.

After two years of uncertainty, we once again enjoyed shared traditions together such as our long-standing spirited Class Penny Wars, all-school Sports Rallies, fun-filled DJ Pizza Lunch, Father-Daughter Dances, and tranquil Lenten services in our Prayer Room. As alumnae with milestones to celebrate, these memories echo throughout our lives, and bond us in the everlasting sisterhood that spans generations.

Looking ahead to our future, we are excited for our new principal, Ms. Mandi Ramirez, to work alongside the recently established Board of Directors, in continuing to fulfill our mission of educating and empowering young women. Together, our strong leadership team is made up of diverse, compassionate, and intelligent individuals that God so graciously put in our path, and are working diligently to bolster resources, address gaps, and ensure St. Lucy’s position as an unshakable institution, pillared by the rich Benedictine Hallmarks that have stood the test of time.

My sisters…YOU are St. Lucy’s! The embodiment of the living legacy of a Regent. Now, more than ever, on the promise of a new dawn, your support is pivotal in furthering the mission that has been the foundation of St. Lucy’s in its more than 60-year existence. We invite you to:

Make a gift to the Scholarship Fund in honor of your beloved class! Support future generations of St. Lucy’s girls who dream of having the same exceptional experience we all had, but may not have the financial means to make that dream a reality. The St. Lucy’s Scholarship Fund ensures we can continue to give Regents the opportunity to receive this once-in-a-lifetime education here at St. Lucy’s.

Get involved in the newly established Alumnae Association! In recognizing the importance of alumnae voices in the future of St. Lucy’s, we are excited to announce the establishment of a formal Alumnae Association. As a graduate, you are already a proud member, and we are looking for Class Liaisons from each and every class. Contact Bernie Martin Gore ’96 for more information.

Please remember, no gift is too small! In fact, $100 could cover the costs of a formal uniform or lab fees, and $250 will reduce the cost of impactful and valuable experiences giving students the opportunity to attend a Kairos or Class Retreat. No matter the amount, your gift ensures future Regents in need can have the same education and experience that you received. We thank you in advance for your belief in our shared future and your partnership in our next steps. Of course, all gifts are 100% tax-deductible and will ensure that future Regents will come home to St. Lucy’s, for many, many years to come.

As an alumna myself, I share with you my love and commitment to this home we all share, and the sisterhood that bonds us together, as Regents for life.

In Light, Truth, and Peace,

Bernie Martin Gore, M.Ed., ‘96
