-Current grades 9-11 can order to obtain a transcript by picking up or downloading a Transcript Request Form, completing it and returning it to the Registrar's Office. -Transcript requests must be made in writing, NO PHONE or FAX requests can be accepted. -Seniors may request transcripts through Naviance once they have submitted the Transcript Release form and $15 to the registrar. |
